British Lionhearts steel the show to deliver 5-0 win in Gateshead against Season VIII newcomers Croatian Knights
Boxing in front of a sold-out crowd at the Gateshead Leisure Center was all that was needed to ensure the British Lionhearts’ 5-0 scoreline against the Croatian Knights. The Knights gave the Lionhearts a good run for their money but in the end the hometown favorites Calum French and Pat McCormack took away any Croatian hope for a point and secured a much needed 3 points for the Lionhearts along with the 5-0 scoreline.

The Italy Thunder had a near to perfect home record, which made this outcome all the more impressive for the French franchise. Both teams fielded a strong combination of experience and young talent in their pursuit of the three points; with the Fighting Rooster beating the Thunder to the punch.
